Job Title: EYFS Teacher
Pay rate: £32,916 - £45,352 + SEN Allowance £2,787
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Hours: Full-time - permanent

 

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a permanent EYFS Teacher to join an all-age (3–19) broad spectrum special school in Stratford-upon-Avon for a January start. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also welcome to apply.

Job requirements:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Valid child/adult enhanced DBS
• Experience teaching EYFS and SEND pupils (ECTs considered)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners’ individual needs

 

Role responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging EYFS lessons tailored to pupils with SEND
• Support the development of personal, social, and emotional skills
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to implement individual learning plans
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
• Contribute to the school’s ethos of respect, tolerance, and celebrating individuality
